I tried unchecking and re-checking with no success. Both "Show informational notifications for network printers" and "Show informational notifications for local printers" are properly checked. I first went into the Print Mangement App and checked on the Print Server Properties Advanced tab. It might not be working on any of them and it definitely was in Windows 7. I have verified this is the case, especially since it is happening on my machine and I hadn't noticed. In Windows 10, Focus Assist settings can suppress notifications set them all to "off" to test. If the Teams app is open to a channel, you will not get notifications of new posts. If you are in "do not disturb" mode, notifications will be off. If a channel is hidden, you will not get notifications unless someone you or the channel.
