With aforementioned debuff reducing it to 5k Armor, 25% Evasion. you could probably use kse and find a value in there to change your save manually so it recognises dantooine is done. And yeah, you won't be able to do any more missions that required Dantooine.

If you are able to edit your save, try setting K_STAR_MAP to 50 and make sure K_CAPTURED_LEV is 10. In other words, if Xor appears and confronts you before you have an invitation to the shop, the invitation wouldn't come.
